wow i still have a blog?

This has been a forgotten thing for a long time! I have been out for awhile cause of my surgery and to be honest kinda forgot this blog. I am doing well, trying to recover has been hard, I got my cast off last week and returned to work yesterday. it has been hard to use my hand and there is alot of pain still involved but I try not to whine cause i know Alona is tired of hearing me say my hand sure hurts. she was such a trooper throughout my ordeal always hearing hunny get me this and hunny get me that, but i know that without her i would have been in horrible shape! she is my rock and the love of my life! i feel that in my pre Alona life it was winter, cold and blowing winds of a bad life, and now it is spring with all the warmth and color and all I can say is I love you for so many reasons Alona! thank you for being my spring!

My Niece in primary children's hospital

I know i just had another post but wanted to do another one. My mom called me yesterday and told me that my niece Megan was in primary children's hospital in Salt Lake City. My sister and brother in law said that Megan started to want alot of drinks and was using the restroom alot! that is a sign of diabetes, so they grabbed Ken's tester and tested Megan, her test was so high the machine didn't even read it. they took her to the DR and his machine wouldn't read her numbers either (scary) so he admitted her in the hospital to get her numbers regular and get her liver to function properly. My brother in law has diabetes and so does his mom and that may be how Megan got it. Megan is only 6 so she will have a struggle the rest of her life. thank goodness Ken will know the danger signs and will be able to take wonderful care of her!
Please help us and remember Megan in your prayers!
We love Ken, Cheri, Megan and little Hannah!

The Doc

OK so i went to visit the hand surgeon yesterday, he is an EVIL man! I think that the doc's can get too rough sometimes, i know they need to get the feel for the problem and all but DANG! he almost had me in tears and i am not one to show pain. i had to have 8 sets of x-rays cause the Doc couldn't get the angle he wanted although the x-ray tech said they were all the same, so now i am ready for Halloween cause with all the radiation i am GLOWING! I had am MRI last week and now he wants another one. I hate the fact that i have to lay in a tube for 30 more min just to get the same results as the first. i know i know poor me lol but that's why i have a blog dang it!

Anyone feel sorry for me yet or shall i cry more lol. I hope everyone is doing well and if you do feel sorry for me, come cry in a big bowl of homemade broccoli cheese soup with me! my treat!

have a wonderful day/night and an even better halloween!

it is final!

So I went to the doc today, he told me that i will have to have surgery on my hand! i know that we have been expecting this but it is still hard to take! the two bones in your forearm that meet your wrist are spread too far apart and they have to go in and pull them back together. This makes me scared a bit but it is that or be crippled for the rest of my life so i will have to take option number 1! so if you are they praying type please say one or two for me.
