paranormal state vs york county paranormal

Alona and I belong to york county paranormal group out of rock hill SC, We were involved with another group that was not fitting our needs and a few other people felt the same way so we started our own group (york county) we have met some wonderful people and have become lifetime friends. this group has been on a couple of really great investigations and i will get into those in a moment, but first i wanted to give a little background.

Fred and his wife Kim are wonderful friends, they like us are really looking to help people with the things unexplained. Fred is a police officer in rock hill and kim works for the DMV, Freds investigation skills are truly needed in this field. then we have Dan and Trish, Dan is a reike (sp) master and plays a vital role in communicating with the spirits we encounter.

we look for the truth and try and get the logical solution before we say it is paranormal, but in the same aspect we are there to help people understand a haunting and how to deal with them.

this past november we had the chance to go into a home in Columbia sc that had reports of footsteps and noises that couldnt be explained, we went in and set up all of the equipment and got very impressive results many evp's and tempature ranges. Alona had alot of cold spots around her legs. (we found out later that they were children holding on to Alona's legs) we even were able to talk the tempature down in the room almost 20 degrees. after we had left the home, the woman we were helping called us and said the spirits had been acting up so the following week we went back and blessed the home and helped the spirits find rest. no more activity has been reported. i know this is very vague but due to privacy issues i cannot say much on here.

our next investigation was in york county and it dealt with a poltergiest scratching a young teenage girl, this was one that the TV show paranormal state wanted to investigate but the owner of the home felt more comfortable having us do it as we are police officers and we could be on more of a personal level. it made me feel good knowing that we could really help out a family in need and beat out a top rated tv show to boot!

there were many things reported to us that had happened in the home from objects moving across the room to a chair rocking and depressing as if someone was sitting in it when no one was there. they have a small dog and it had been having siezures due to all the activity as well as shadow people manifesting.

we went into the home and conducted our investigation and didnt witness very much, but we blessed the home and the activity stopped. a week later the homeowner called Alona and said that the activity had returned and the daughter had been scratched again, Alona and I went back to the home to comfort the homeowner and to see if we could witness activity, the home felt lighter and not as dark and opressive as it had the previous week. while in the bedroom of the daughter we started to feel a cold spot, it felt as though it was touching my elbow and as we asked it questions it would move away and move closer by command answering our questions. I then felt like someone poked me with there finger in the back ( kinda like a poke in the ribs to say here i am) after a few minutes i asked alona to look at my back as it was tingly, she lifted my shirt and i had deep red scratches and welts on my back, at no time did i feel like i was scratched or hurt.

in my opinion i think this entity was trying to get our attention and was not meaning us any harm due to the questions we had asked before the scratches.
we had Dan come into the home a couple of days later and perform an indian ritual and have not heard back from the home owner.

wow i still have a blog?

This has been a forgotten thing for a long time! I have been out for awhile cause of my surgery and to be honest kinda forgot this blog. I am doing well, trying to recover has been hard, I got my cast off last week and returned to work yesterday. it has been hard to use my hand and there is alot of pain still involved but I try not to whine cause i know Alona is tired of hearing me say my hand sure hurts. she was such a trooper throughout my ordeal always hearing hunny get me this and hunny get me that, but i know that without her i would have been in horrible shape! she is my rock and the love of my life! i feel that in my pre Alona life it was winter, cold and blowing winds of a bad life, and now it is spring with all the warmth and color and all I can say is I love you for so many reasons Alona! thank you for being my spring!

My Niece in primary children's hospital

I know i just had another post but wanted to do another one. My mom called me yesterday and told me that my niece Megan was in primary children's hospital in Salt Lake City. My sister and brother in law said that Megan started to want alot of drinks and was using the restroom alot! that is a sign of diabetes, so they grabbed Ken's tester and tested Megan, her test was so high the machine didn't even read it. they took her to the DR and his machine wouldn't read her numbers either (scary) so he admitted her in the hospital to get her numbers regular and get her liver to function properly. My brother in law has diabetes and so does his mom and that may be how Megan got it. Megan is only 6 so she will have a struggle the rest of her life. thank goodness Ken will know the danger signs and will be able to take wonderful care of her!
Please help us and remember Megan in your prayers!
We love Ken, Cheri, Megan and little Hannah!

The Doc

OK so i went to visit the hand surgeon yesterday, he is an EVIL man! I think that the doc's can get too rough sometimes, i know they need to get the feel for the problem and all but DANG! he almost had me in tears and i am not one to show pain. i had to have 8 sets of x-rays cause the Doc couldn't get the angle he wanted although the x-ray tech said they were all the same, so now i am ready for Halloween cause with all the radiation i am GLOWING! I had am MRI last week and now he wants another one. I hate the fact that i have to lay in a tube for 30 more min just to get the same results as the first. i know i know poor me lol but that's why i have a blog dang it!

Anyone feel sorry for me yet or shall i cry more lol. I hope everyone is doing well and if you do feel sorry for me, come cry in a big bowl of homemade broccoli cheese soup with me! my treat!

have a wonderful day/night and an even better halloween!
